There are numerous reasons why companies change names. Business are sold and acquired by new owners who want to create a new identity for the business. New corporate identities are born when two or more companies are sometimes merged into one. AND sometimes, even though a name may
fit ideally in the early years of an enterprise, a new name becomes unavoidable as a company grows and better defines its mission and purpose.
In 1998, my wife Christina and I launched “Maximum Performance International” with a passionate desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of business people. “Maximum Performance” was an expression of our commitment to help people discover and realize their potential and experience abundant life full throttle. “International” was a reflection of our heartfelt intent to make a world-wide impact, to celebrate diversity, and to both exhibit and inspire excellent “world-class” business values.
Twenty years of work in the real-world laboratory of business serving clients and helping people make lasting improvements in themselves and others has made us wiser and yielded a more mature understanding of our unique contribution to the world of business. We have absolute clarity about the
results our clients want and we have sharpened our ability to reliably deliver those results. These sentiments are more effectively articulated in our new name, “DREAM Workplace.”
